It is Monday, the first day of a fresh, new week! Shake the Mondays from yourself and from someone else! Your choices for today are:
1 - Leave a note for postal carrier or garbage collector thanking them for their hard work. Maybe even leave a little treat for them. Both jobs are often thankless, so let’s shower them with thanks!

2 - Be inclusive! Invite someone new over, chat to the lonely girl in class, include everyone in your conversation, and don't talk about something that excludes other people (like an obscure indie band or nuclear physics). Everyone likes to feel included.
