1 - Spread some positive gossip! Instead of telling people something mean about someone, tell people something nice about someone. For example, did you hear that Tim and Melanie got engaged? Did you know that James and his wife are expecting twins? Sharing good news makes everyone feel better and more connected!!

Great news... The Lent Experiment keeps growing. Yesterday we had our sixtieth person join us on facebook. How exciting!!
